• Have the ability to prospect for new business through face-to-face, cold-call and warm phone prospecting
• Have competencies in uncovering needs, developing and presenting strategic marketing solutions, and following through with customers on results
• Must be able to cultivate relationships with local, regional and national accounts

• Seek out and interact with local, regional and national businesses through ongoing phone and in-person prospecting
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, agencies and direct advertisers
• Develop interactive advertising strategic action plans and recommendations based on customer objectives
• Provide ongoing support and service to advertisers
• Work with team members to execute and monitor campaigns
• Participate in sales and team meetings, networking events, growth and development training
